You are probably having an Adobe problem.

Try this:

Uninstall the copy of Flash that you have installed with this  
uninstaller:
<http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/ 
uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg>
or
http://is.gd/lrnKUG

Then download the latest version of Flash directly from Adobe, and  
install it:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you currently have them installed, download and install the latest  
versions of the following:

Adobe Air
http://get.adobe.com/air/?PID=3146232

Flip4Mac
http://dynamic.telestream.net/downloads/download-flip4macwmv.asp
