[X4U] Signing in

I am very frustrated. I have been trying to sign in to the Apple user forum.

I am unable to find any  combination of user name and password that is acceptable.

I have repeated followed the process of resetting my password only to find that Apple will not 
allow me in because "There is already a user with that email address" or something to that effect.

Is it possible to call Apple to get this problem resolved?
