[X4U] Adobe Flash Player Settings

My wife uses her iMac to watch tennis from the olympics on her iMac.  Suddenly she started to get a popup window (2 by 1.5 inch) which ask for permission to store information on her iMac.  It's allow or deny.  Most of the time it will not go away whatever she select.
She asked me to try ip on my Mac Pro.  Here I can delete it clicking deny.  But now I start to get it every time I open a Youtube movie.
How can we get rid of this?  Flash Player is installed and viewable in the System Prefs.  We both use 10.6.8.
