[X4U] I want my old Leopard scroll bars back!

Thanks Randy, I did those changes a while back. 

Yes, I do notice now that they are wider in Mountian Lion than Lion....by about 0.5mm. Wow.

They are a bit more visible since  they darken, slightly.

That, and no more spinning wheels in Mail....what's up Apple?
