[X4U] Backup

Hi, 

I having trouble with Time Machine.  I keep getting a failure - every hour on schedule!

Console give me the following errors:

2/27/12 6:10:36.478 PM com.apple.backupd: Backing up to: /Volumes/Backup/Backups.backupdb

2/27/12 6:10:38.454 PM com.apple.backupd: Error: (22) setxattr for key:com.apple.backupd.HostUUID path:/Volumes/Backup/Backups.backupdb/MacPro size:37

2/27/12 6:10:38.457 PM com.apple.backupd: Error: (22) setxattr for key:com.apple.backupd.HostUUID path:/Volumes/Backup/Backups.backupdb/MacPro size:37

2/27/12 6:10:48.466 PM com.apple.backupd: Backup failed with error: 2

Yes the second and third lines are the same.

MacPilot tells me that error 2 is: 
silnitVBLQsErr     error 2 siInitVBLQsErr: VBLqueues for all slots could not be initialized. or dsAddressErr: address error  

MacPilot tells me that error 22 is:
dsNoPke              package 5 not present

Can anyone help?
