The project that I *might* need drum scan's for, is a long way off (35mm and 120). Right now for that project I do basic scans, often of the prints, for proof sheets with my Epson 2450. OTOH, once I have a decent wide lens for my Deardorff V8 8x10 View Camera, I need to take at least one photo for a different project that will definitely require a high-res drum scan. While I'd prefer someone local. It is actually it's your printmaking that is far more of interest than the drum scanning, I'll have to save your contact details. I'm not used to seeing someone that lets the photographer choose the type of fine art paper they use, and that's something I'm very particular about, and you can handle far larger prints than I can.
