[X4U] Simple method of splitting .mp4 video file -

Hello - and Happy New Year!

I recently ripped a blu-ray disc contained several music videos - it ripped as a single, large mkv file. I converted that file to mp4, but now would like to separate each of the videos into separate files. What is a simple method doing this? The video format is H.264 and the audio is AAC - I'm running OS 10.8.2
