[X4U] Where is the app on the iPad 4?

I downloaded Spawn Illuminati <https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/spawn-illuminati-hd-art-fireworks/id296036692?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D4>
and it's among the Apps in iTunes (latest) but it's not on the iPad 4.  It's downloaded and paid for.
If I do a search on the iPad 4 nothing shows.  Just before this one I downloaded other ones and they all worked fine.
How can that be?  I've enough place on the iPad.
