[X4U] Where is the app on the iPad 4?

What I also noticed is that after some (5%) songs there's a little cloud with a downwards pointed arrow in it.
When a click on it there'e a circle that starts to spin, then a square in it and at the end it goes all away.
If this has something to do with Apple Cloud, I never used that.  And it looks that I've these twice.
