[X4U] App Store updates

I use Mountain Lion Updates for Pages, Numbers, Keynote and so forth keep on appearing as available despite the fact that they have already been successfully downloaded and installed. These are not upgrades, but exactly the same latest iterations as already installed. How do I get my system or the App Store to stop advising me to update when I already have the program. I know how to cancel an update, but not how to delete it from appearing again.

Any help will be appreciated.
