I've worked the heck out of an 8-port 10/100 EZXS88W Linksys Workgroup Switch for close to a decade with nary a problem. Solid performer all the way. Haven't thought about it for years and years, but now that I look at its specs, I probably should upgrade to one with gigabit ethernet capabilities to match the newer devices connected to it now.
