That’s really not a lot of hard disk to play around in when things are open. <BR>
<BR>
Why is the disk so full?<BR>

Also try indexing- select the hard disk then File >Get info<BR>
>content index > index now, (takes a long time) but then the computer knows where everything is located ans shortens searches. This works in the background.<BR>

I'm repairing disk permissions, but what else can I do to speed it up other than adding RAM and whatnot? She has 7 GB of HD space free, so I doubt that's the problem.</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:18.0px'><BR>
