I backup --all-- only occasionally. In between the full backups, I backup my user files. This backs up my documents, settings, history and so forth. </div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>I also keep an 8 Gb flash drive mounted that contains a copy of my documents folder. Any work that I complete, update or save is immediately copied to the flash drive. Periodically, I update (synchronize) the documents on my hard drive to the documents folder of the flash drive. All of my work, other than that which is in databases that are part of an application, are kept in the documents folder. </div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Hope this helps. </div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Stan Gould (no relation to Ed Gould)</div></body></html>
