As long as its only an option. Seems like many apps did behave as you 
wanted, but people like me complained too much about it :-)

I really hated clicking on a window to bring it to the front and -oops 
I clicked on a part of the page that was a link and now I have to go 
back. I'm now much more careful about where I click on a window to 
bring it to the front, which is harder to do in this day of borderless 
windows.
