[BTM] G5 Bluetooth Must Be BTO or NEVER

Of course, you could always use an adapter on a hub, which would not 
require you to waste a hub. No? Not ideal, I admit, but if someone is 
not sure if they will use Bluetooth it might not make sense to order it.
