[BTM] But do you need a special ISP for connection through mobile?

Both of them should work if you've got the number and l/p. All you need 
to do is configure the PPP details on the computer and where it should 
dial through after you make sure that youre Mobile Phone Provider does 
indeed support data communications AND that it is activated on you 
account. I've done this through IR several times and once through BT.
