I have the t68i and Jabra FreeSpeak and am *very* happy w/ them. My range exceeds 20 feet and the voice dialing works well for the few contacts w/ recorded names. I have found that touching the top of the t68i (where the antenna is, I think) will cause static between it and the FreeSpeak. It appears for me to be the proximity of my hand to the top of the phone and not material (where it is inside a briefcase, etc.) but I have not tested this extensively. For the most part, I leave the t68i clipped to my jacket or pants or a pocket on my briefcase and the headset in my ear all the time. I do some get interesting looks when I forget and walk into a store w/ it still in my ear ...
