from the position of the vehicle, the lights turn on

from an observer in front (well in front and to the side;-) the lights 
would appear blue/purple/white

from an observer behind (if the lights were rear lights) they would 
appear to not be on (or black? not the same thing actually)

and i would have to assume that the speed of the light from the lights 
on the moving vehicle would be twice the speed of light

so how did i do?
