If you bought your T68i through a US (maybe other locales as well) carrier, then it is almost certainly locked to their network. If you'd like the buyer to be able to use the phone on the network of their choice, then you'll need to get it unlocked. If they want to use the same network as you, then you don't need to do anything. If you happen to have a T-Mobile phone, then you cal just contact customer service, and they should unlock the phone.
