Dane I basically do not have any problems to synchronise my Mac (Mac OS X 10.3.2) with my P900. To circumvent the firewall problem - iSync does not work with the Mac OS X firewall enabled - I opened port 3004. Occasionally iSync starts and then reports any kind of possible problems. One recovery that always works for me is switching off the P900 switching on the P900 starting Bluetooth on the P900 reestablishing the pairing with the Mac starting iSync No settings have to be changed.
