Let me elaborate to see if I understand your suggestion...my username on my
iBook is ifish. My username on my dell is fishXP. When I select 'Connect
to Server' on my iBook and select the appropriate workgroup and computer
name, the login box that pops up has the correct workgroup name but says
ifish in the username box, which is my username for my iBook. I usually
change the username to fishXP and put in the password for my Dell. Are you
suggesting that I leave ifish in the username box and leave the password
blank or that I take everything out of the username box and attempt to
connect with no username or password? Thanks for the suggestions.
