The icebook is a name for the dual USB ibook which came out 5/2001 (the
older model is often referred to as "clamshell" or "toiletseat")
For gif files: go to versiontracker.com and get graphic converter ... It is
a fantastic graphic shareware application and after trying it out, it is
well worth its money .
Also .. Every browser can open .gif files :)
