iBook Broken Clasp

I have an iBook (snow, dual USB) that took a dive from the passenger 
seat of a minivan to the floor of same. When it hit, it broke the clasp 
that keeps the lid closed. I am using a workaround that involves two 
pads of Velcro, but that isn't as elegant and attractive as the 
original clasp. My question is: What would it take to repair the clasp, 
does anyone know? And, roughly, how much would that cost? Thanks.
