[P1] iBook won't wake

It might not even be asleep.  Is the sleep light on the front on?  If the
front light is off, and the backlight won't turn up, maybe it's burnt out.
Put it under a bright light, or flashlight and see if you can see anything
on the screen.  If so, you need a new backlight bulb.
