I'm having fun exploring the power of X on my 500mghz iBook. I still have a number of aapps that run in Classic, and there are noticable lapses in speed in some. However, I look forward to the day when I can work wholly in X. At what point can I start deleting the apps that are Classic/OS 9 only when I have their dupes in X? I'll ask that later when I have specifics. But more important, will there come a point when I can trash the OS 9 System Folder and just work in Classic, wihtout having to boot into 9? -- donald henry hinkle Author of OKLAHOMA, a brief story about a state, ISBN 0-7660-5138-2, and RONALD REAGAN, a biography of the 40th President of the USA, ISBN 0-7660-5112-9, both published in 2003 by Enslow.
