Apple does and you should be on the phone to support discussing your problem. They will send you box to repair the pinched video cable (most likely the problem) or whatever other problem it might be. Since your book is 8 months old you should consider purchasing AppleCare if you intend to keep it for several years, or sell it now (after Apple fixes it) if you intend to upgrade. Everyone who has a new book should simply call Apple when these problems arise. This saves your time and gets your book fixed faster.
