Since that *never* happens at these places, I think folks should be aware that they might as well turn over the Magic Eight Ball as ask an "associate" what to do, when it may involve spending hundreds or thousands of dollars. At least a randomly-chosen associate. As another poster noted, you sometimes *do* find dedicated people in this kind of store. It just isn't the rule. Don't make the mistake of thinking I have a grudge against a particular chain--they're all pretty much the same as near as I can see. Though I can usually find someone that knows something at Micro Center. Mike Beede
