[P1] Help....

The System preferences say DVD drive.....

I'm at a loss for what to do.....

The only thing I can think of is to do a reinstall over a network...

Hi:

What does System Preferences say when you check under Hardware?  Does
the icon have CD and DVD?  If you have this icon, click on it and tell
us what happens.
