I use Mozzilla's Composer. ( or Netscapes, same thing ). It isn't as full featured as GoLive and such but it does pretty well and it's free. It appears to write decent code also, when I look at the html I can find my way around, I've heard FrontPage is a real mess. I don't know a lot about this, I'm self taught but maybe that speaks well for Composer. My only complaint is that it's a little sluggish on my clamshell.
