[P1] Updated to 10.2.4 -> ibook can't see camera anymore

I had to restart the machine anyway after install

I think I have never used image capture .. But neither did iPhoto recognize
it .. Nor did it show up in finder .. Nor did graphic converter react (GC to
my surprise recently started offering "there are pics to download, shall I
?"
