[P1] bookmarks in I. E.

In response to my question listed below, I tried everything everyone 
suggested, and still cannot get it to keep the URLS. The only one it has 
ever kept is my hotmail account - and that's because it's MSN. It also 
kept one called untitled favorite (which is dead)
