Well, if iBook keyboards are like the rest, you might be able to pull it out, unhook it's ribbon cable, and soak it in some hot soapy water. I hear you can do this with keyboards as long as you let them THOROUGHLY DRY for a few days. This might be more easily said than done on an iBook though.
