More likely at risk could be the person providing access to their 
Internet service (even inadvertantly). Some broadband ISPs place limits 
on the number of client computers that can access a given account; 
someone providing access to a large number of people (and using an 
unusually large amount of bandwidthin the process) might find their 
account cancelled on short notice.
