[P1] Airport Base Station trouble

Do you have the b/s serving DHCP or similar?  If so, what's
the lease time duration?  Some non-respose issues are due
to differing IP address subnets.  Replugin may reset the
lease?  Just some guesses based on some partly similar
experiences.
