Trying to burn

I don't understand the term "open Disk Burn." You don't have to open 
anything.

1. Insert blank CD.
2. Once it is inserted, the computer will ask you if you want this to 
be a data or an audio CD. Select data.
3. Drag files you want burned onto the blank disc icon.
