OS X Languages

I was looking at the new version of Spring Cleaning and see that it has an
option to search out and remove alternate language file from apps.  I've
done this manually with a few up until now with no problems.  However,
before I kill all but English, are there any apps, system files, etc that
this could foul up?  It's not worth a path of destruction to save a few
megs...well it could be a few hundred megs actually.
