Hi Jim, I know exactly what you're talking about, I had the same problem too. Damn stubborn little buggers, aren't they! I ended up using a small philips screw driver, and a pair of pliers to get more leverage. But be vary careful... if you manage to burr the screws, you could have quite a bit more trouble getting the shield out. --Michael.
