Almost always... Of course there are price drops and rebates on other 
mfgs newly introduced items most likely as a response to a sluggish 
economy. Who mails in rebates anyway?

Instead of giving rich people all that money, why not give the 'tax 
cut' funds to our military men and women and let them boost the economy 
with their purchases?
