Thank's Kim for your fast response. I will «update» my digital life... Especially after the extra features brought by Jaguar(10.2). I have a 466 SE Graphite with 320 MB RAM, and I have more than 3 hours on my year old battery. I used to get around 4 when the battery was new, and 4,5 hours when I was using OS9, so I have probably lost a bit going to OSX. But given that I don't have to boot anymore, except for updates, I never look back after going to OSX a couple of years ago, or whenever it was. It feels so long time ago :-) I use the iBook on the train daily, and I couldn't help laughing, as there was a PC-laptop-user, who came after me and wondered why I had not taken the electric plug, as that is the first thing PC users are looking for when opening their Laptop ;-) When I exited the train, I saw a woman with an iceBook with OSX running and of course no electricity connected either, I laughed out loud. Go make the jump, you sure won't regret it! Cheers, Kim ---------- iBookList, a listserv for users and fans of Apple's iBook.
