Mail

Is anyone else having problems with Mail since updating?  I keep 
getting an error message, not all the time, but on and off since last 
night that tells me to try again that it's unable to download from my 
server.  I did the updates yesterday afternoon, late.  I ran DFA and 
did the permissions, but the problem persists.  Could it be my server?  
I just figure something could be messed up by the updates.
