[P1] bad battery?

The first time I did it there was no change...So, I shutdown again, 
removed the battery, counted to 10 then replaced it. Did the reset and 
started up again. Now I've got a reading of 0% and the power adapter 
light is amber...about how long should it take to fully charge, ya
