battery observations

I just saw a couple at Fry's here in CA; they own outpost.com now, 
maybe you can give them a shot.

As for OSX vs. OS9, the one time I booted up and used OS 9, my battery 
time was much less than with OS X ! I have been meaning to try it again 
and be more careful about tracking the time.
