OS9 Included in my Software Restore CDs?

Hello All,
I seem to have lost the iBook branded OS9 CD which came with my CD bundle.
I can locate all of me restore CDs and an OS9.2.1 upgrade CD.

I have a working OSX system that I need to add OS9 to for classic mode. Can
I somehow access OS9 through either the upgrade CD or the restore CDs?  I
would like to not have to reinstall from the restores (back to factory
spec. ).
