Jeez....am I glad that I paid for the APP right about now! I've had my
600MHz iBook for a little over a month and if I could return it, I
think I would. It's had the fatal freezes since the 2nd day I had it.
I've called Apple twice already, so far they just keep having me
re-install the OSs (OS 10.2.4 & OS 9.2.2). That is with one time of
'erasing' the HD. Still this thing is slower than my upgraded 7300
(G3/400/BSC 1 MB. In OS 9, GaugePro, says the CPU speed is 243.2MHz.
Anybody know of any reason for that?
Fran
