Just for the heck of it, pick something in the 9 System folder, like System or Finder or XXXEnabler and do a search for it just to make sure you have only one OS 9 system installed. Then do a get info to do a date and version on it and... tadah.... Just for the super heck of it, check the version to make sure it is the correct version of OS 9 that you need to run under X, you may have to update.
