Safari 'Network Connection Reset'

I've been having this happen lately - when I click a link on any web 
site, I get an error stating that the page failed to load  (or 
something similar) because my network connection is reset.  This 
happens all the time, and I'm on a LAN.  No other programs have this 
problem (iChat never disconnects, Camino/Chimera never have problems, 
and the WLS-AM Stream on iTunes never cuts out)...

I think it's a problem with Safari - any ideas?
