OT: Safari Trouble

Dear all who piped in:

Safari Trouble fixed.

Step A:  Trashed preferences file.

Step B:  It didn't work until I restarted the Mac. I figured it needed 
to restart after installation, even though it didn't do this in the 
past.

Step C: Watch it work.

Don't know if there was a way to do it different than restart, but it 
worked for me.  Any clues?
