[P1] How to apply for lawsuit settlement? & Panther on 366

I have installed Panther on my iBook SE & find it's performance to be 
acceptable...better than Jag, in fact. That being said, I don't expect 
it to perform like it does on my G4 iMac. I am willing to trade raw 
speed for the ease of use & stability & am satisfied with the result.
