We've been warned repeatedly on the NewtonTalk mailing list to avoid 
Shreve Systems at all costs, due to poor customer service and onerous 
restocking fees. I haven't done business with Sun Remarketing, but I 
haven't heard the complaints I've heard about Shreve.
