The problem was resolved after updating the firmware for the router/modem. Also worth mentioning is that regardless of what DNS servers are showing in the system prefs. the ones that will count are those listed at the end of the chain going out of the house...i.e. Router information settings? It could also be due to other settings for this such as the MTU number, etc... Have you mentioned what set-up you have Pat? I have understood DSL to Airport and then wireless to the iBook but what is in front of the airport base station? Have you gone through the above with your ISP...are the settings correct? Richard --
